Prohibited Actions
Customers are not permitted to use Mostbet services to engage in fraudulent activities or obtain an unfair advantage.
The following activities are prohibited:
- registering or operating multiple accounts in breach of Mostbet's established rules;
- submitting inaccurate personal information, forged documents, or identification documents belonging to third parties;
- using payment methods or instruments without authorization from their rightful owner;
- exploiting bonuses, promotional offers, or loyalty programs for improper purposes;
- cooperating or conspiring with other individuals to secure an unfair advantage;
- deliberately exploiting technical malfunctions, inaccurate betting odds, or other errors occurring on mostbet.com;
- attempting to circumvent account limitations, payment restrictions, or other implemented security measures.
Checking for Suspicious Activity
When potential indicators of fraud or misuse are identified, Mostbet may initiate additional verification procedures and require the Customer to provide documentation or information needed to verify their identity, financial transactions, and the circumstances surrounding account activity.
While the verification process is ongoing, Mostbet may temporarily limit specific transactions or account features when such restrictions are required to prevent potential fraudulent conduct or fulfill applicable legal obligations.
The initiation of an investigation does not automatically indicate that the Customer has violated any rules.
Measures to Be Taken When a Violation Is Detected
If an investigation confirms a breach of this Policy, Mostbet may implement the measures established under its Terms of Use and relevant legislation, including:
- revoking bonuses or benefits acquired through unauthorized or fraudulent means;
- restricting access to particular account features;
- temporarily suspending or permanently terminating an account;
- voiding or modifying transactions where permitted under the applicable rules.
Where identified activities indicate possible unlawful conduct, Mostbet may disclose the relevant information to authorized regulatory bodies or payment service providers in circumstances permitted or required by law.
This Policy operates alongside the Terms of Use, KYC Policy, Anti-Money Laundering Policy, Privacy Policy, Bonus Rules, and Dispute Resolution Policy.
